LIFETIME WARRANTY
All terms under the “Standard” two (2) year warranty shall be maintained. CSI shall provide a lifetime Warranty of the Equipment to the extent the Equipment is covered under CSI’s On- Site Services and Maintenance plan (the “Plan”). In order to be valid, the Plan must commence upon shipment of the Equipment and must be maintained continuously without lapse or interruption immediately prior to filing a claim under the Lifetime Warranty.
This Lifetime Warranty shall be void if repairs are made or attempted by anyone other than a CSI authorized technician.
The Customer may purchase an optional 3-year Warranty to extend the Warranty period for an additional twelve (12) months beyond the standard 2-year Warranty period on the terms and conditions set forth above. The cost for the extended 3-Year Warranty is equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total invoiced amount excluding charges for taxes, shipping, crating, start-up, and training.
(NOTE: The warranty packages above will be made available beginning, September of 2023. When upgrading to the Three (3) Year and Lifetime Warranty, a separate signed agreement will be executed. Standard, two (2) year warranty will be official upon signing of the purchase order contract.)
