Fusion Weld Heads
Critical Systems offers a full line of AMI orbital fusion weld heads. Our weld heads undergo a thorough maintenance program and are evaluated, inspected, and tested after every rental. Our weld heads can either be rented or purchased. Our equipment inventory includes:

Adapters and Extensions
Critical Systems maintains a full line of adapters and weld head extensions. We have extensions that can either be rented or purchased.
Our inventory includes:

50’ extensions with coolant lines for use with weld head chilling systems.
50’ extensions without coolant lines for use without chilling systems.
Coolant Systems
Critical Systems has a fleet of standard AMI chilling units for rent or purchase. Additionally Critical Systems has designed a superior chilling unit. Like the AMI chiller the unit can be used with either the M217 or M207. However, we made some improvements to the design and concept as seen below:
Unlike many chillers or cooling units that rely on the orbital welder power supply, CSI’s patented cooling system is independently powered.
Runs on its own standard power supply (110AC)
Results in more consistent welds, since the power isn't pulled off of the welder
Continuously cools the weld head, even after the weld is finished (manual shut-off)
Filter is easily accessible for cleaning
Simple visual flow gauge vs. complicated/expensive magnetic impeller designs in competitive models
New motor/pump combination for twice the flow

Miller MaxStar Welding Systems
If you need TIG welding systems, Critical Systems features the Miller Maxstar models 200 and 210. We supply the ground cables, the torch assemblies, and even a foot pedal controller if you need it.
KNAACK Box Portable Job Boxes
Critical Systems can ship your welding equipment in a KNAACK Box model KN44. Critical Systems can equip the units with all the equipment necessary to start orbital welding. This includes a CSI custom purge control panel, gas regulator stick, and magnehelic.
