Critical Systems Orbital Repair

 Orbital Repair at Critical Systems is responsible for maintaining a fleet of almost 5,000 pieces of rental equipment.  Maintaining this fleet has honed our evaluation and repair skills to a fine point.  We also offer repair service for your equipment.

Our weld head evaluation process includes:

  • Visual inspection for worn gears, rotors, bearings, tears and cuts in cables

  • Mechanical inspection of gear interactions and motor function

  • Visual check of mechanical connections on cables

  • Complete disassembly of weld heads

  • Remediation of arc and burn damage

  • Thorough function testing

  • Complete rebuilds

  • Replacement of worn damaged parts

CSI carries a sizable inventory of new common consumables and components, providing our customers with excellent turnaround times. If a needed component isn’t on hand, CSI will tap into its network of industry sources, finding those necessary high value components where they are readily available.
